Patio Drying and Greenhouse System for Drying Coffee Beans
We are equipped with about 10,000 m2 of drying patios and 7,000 m2 of greenhouse area. A coffee dryer greenhouse is a great method in the coffee drying system. The UV filter system makes heat distributed more evenly so that it helps reduce and protect coffee beans from excess heat. As a result, coffee beans dry more consistently and are richer in taste.
Other advantages of this greenhouse method are that it is more energy efficient and that it protects coffee from rain and humidity from the weather.
High-end Automatic Sortex Machine
Our sorting machine uses advanced technology for product quality standards, which could identify the correct color, shape, and size of coffee beans. It will automatically separate different color particles, detect different-sized beans, and remove impurities.
SCAA's Standard Cupping Lab
At Royal Pacific Harvest, we have a cupping room, and we could supply micro and macro roasteries. Our certified Q-grader will ensure the taste and quality of the coffee before it is shipped to you.
Hand-picked Green Beans
To improve and ensure the green bean standard, the high-quality coffee beans from local farmers are sorted with advanced machines and then doubled or triple-picked depending on the grade to remove any dirt more evenly.
